10 WEEK LOOSE WEIGHT & FEEL GOOD PROGRAM, 

run by Marit Griffith.

THE FULL PROGRAM

The program is quite exciting as it bring together two very effective systems, Yoga and NLP(Neuro Linguistic Programming). I am fully qualified in both areas and practice both types of service as part of my business, White Lotus.

The program requires a firm commitment from you, but the results it will yield are worth it. It is set up to be an intensive start to a long-term change in your attitude towards eating, your body and how you feel. It is run as a one to one program, as each persons body and mind are different, and therefore what they need to let go of the excess weight and negative body image also differs. We all know how to be healthy, right? Eat more fruit and veg, exercise regularly, stop drinking/smoking/eating 'bad' foods, etc, so why don't you just do it? We will start by looking at your motivations to be healthy and any emotions associated to eating. Then adding in healthy habits (no fast fix fads!) that work and can be integrated into your life. This program is not about making you thin, it is about making you healthy and happy.

Each Program is set up for you individually, depending on your needs and lifestyle.

    Includes:
  • 10 hours of one to one NLP / Yoga coaching with me, in which we shall work on your mindset, clearing any negative attachments to food, or your body, or whatever else you need. We will also set your goals for the program and beyond, into a tailored daily action plan with achievement log. I will also teach you specific Yoga techniques for your body and set it into a personalised practice. How much NLP versus Yoga you have will depend on you and your requirements.
  • Two 10 day cleansing diets - these will be decided between us as to which cleanses you will do, either one of the classic cleanses or a custom made cleanse for you. These would normally be done at the beginning and end of the program.
  • A course of Beginner and Intermediate Yoga classes on DVD to aid daily practice. They incorporate the fact that those involved may not have exercised for a while by building from a gentle 20 minute class up to a full 60 minute Yoga classes. By the end of the program you have a reference of classes you can keep for personal practice long after the program has finished.
  • A daily self transfiguration to help change your attitude to yourself and your body.
  • Information about nutrition, including macrobiotics and food combining.
  • Daily Kriyas (cleanses) which help to remove excess mucus from the body.
  • Breathing techniques which increase the metabolism and increase your energy.
  • Access to all weekly group Yoga classes (or organising an alternative if we need to).
  • Fun and support, and anything else that you need to succeed.

    The one to one sessions can be held in Yoga Healing Glasgow, or in your house (if it is within 15 mins from the westend of Glasgow), or any alternate location which is suitable.

    The program costs 495 and is payable up front. This includes everything above, if you decide to go to an alternative class to the ones I offer on a Tuesday night or Wednesday morning, you will pay for those seperately. (For NLP coaching I normally charge 50 per hour and Yoga classes are 60 for 90 minutes, so the 10 hours of one to one alone can be worth 500.)

THE ALTERNATIVE PROGRAM
     

As one to one session times become more scarce, and I am not able to run as many full programs as you would like, I have constructed an alternative program to try and support those of you who are looking for help in this area when I can not provide the full program service.                                                                                                               Here I propose that we work together to set up the program through a series of phone calls and some other information gathering. I give you the information you need for your cleansing diets to get the wieght loss kick started and yoga dvds as above. We will then find a yoga class or alternative, that you would attend throughout the program. Once you are all set up, you will mostly self monitor, with a phone call with me every couple of weeks to see how you are getting on and support you through any challenges. (I would really recommend that if you have a friend to do this with, they can help you, or even both of you have your own program set up and you go through it supporting one another.)




    Includes:
